The Talk app is a private video conferencing server suitable for group meetings and presentations with up to 10 attendees. People outside W3C TAG can also be invited to attend meetings via a web browser.
While it can be used for ad-hoc one-on-one video conferences, those may be better served on the Chat server.
The Talk app has a built-in text chat feature which is useful during meetings, especially when external users are present. However, the Chat server is better suited to always-on, daily use due to its better offline support.
