Email Redirection

 Email Redirection

You can redirect all email sent to your W3C TAG email address to an external address.

If using external email services, you will not be able to send email using a From address that contains a <your-username>@w3ctag.org email address.
Anti-spam settings on the recipient’s email server will usually block any email claiming to be sent from a W3C TAG address that isn’t sent through the W3C TAG email servers.

Configuration Steps

  1. Go to the W3C TAG Account server home page (https://account.w3ctag.org/) and sign in.

  2. Under My Account in the navigation bar on the left, click on Mail.

    View Your Mail Settings
  3. Click the Edit… button.

“Edit” Button at Bottom-Right of Page
  4. Enter an email address in the text box under the Forward messages to list box and click Add.

    Add Redirection Email
  5. If you don’t want a copy of received email to be stored in your W3C TAG email account (i.e., your email will only be forwarded), check No delivery to own mailbox.

    Forward-Only (If Desired)
  6. Finally, save your changes by clicking OK.
