Send an email to Startup Stack Support (mailto:support@startupstack.tech)

Please include the following items when emailing Support:

  • Your W3C TAG email address (if emailing from a different account)
  • A detailed description of your request, issue or question
  • Any support files such as screenshots, error logs, etc (as attachments to your email)

For example:

I need to request SSH/SFTP access for two of our employees:
  * User “asha” needs Website Content access
  * User “marie” needs Website Configuration access
